Fairfax Police arrest man in connection to indecent exposure incidents on W&OD Trail – Brospar Daily News

Fairfax County, Va. (WRIC) – The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Department announced that it arrested and charged a 42-year-old Herndon man with multiple incidents along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. Ya exposure related incident.

According to Fairfax police, detectives from the Fugitive Tracking and Arresting Squad arrested Herndon Juan Alfaro Rodriguez, 42, from another state on Thursday, September 8.
