Liverpool Players Rated In A Scoreless Draw Vs Everton

Liverpool take on Everton at Goodison Park tonight and are looking to take all three points from this away fixture. The Reds got off to a slow start but were stuck with a disappointing 0-0 scoreline.

Jurgen Klopp’s men performed well early in the game but were still unlucky to hit the woodwork twice towards the end of the half. Liverpool continued their search for a goal but were unsuccessful as Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford kept them clear of the box. The game ended in a one-point draw for the Reds.

Let’s see how the Liverpool players fared against the Toffees.

GK: Allison Becker – 8/10

The Brazilian goalkeeper ended up making crucial saves and played well in corner situations and distributed the ball well under pressure.

DD: Trent Alexander-Arnold – 6.5/10

The England full-back put on a hard-hitting display in the first half and netted some fine crosses before being substituted by James Milner in the 59th minute.

DC: Joe Gomez – 6/10

Gomez handled just about everything he encountered, but he faltered a few times when he gave up possession at halftime.

CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 6.5/10

Van Dijk was strong at the back and he was well organized but was booked for a poor second-half tackle on Amadou Onana.


GM: Kostas Tsimikas – 7.5/10

Tsimikas made some dangerous runs down the left and created good chances for Darwin Nunes on the wing, while remaining tight defensively. He was then replaced by Andrew Robertson, who impressed in the final third.

CM: Harvey Elliott – 7/10

The talented youngster was always ready to take the ball and put in some good performances for his team-mate, who was substituted for Joel Matip in the 80th minute.

Inches: Fabinho – 6/10

The Brazilian midfield ace was poor early in the game but excelled in possession in the second half. He was later booked for a poor tackle on Idrissa Gueye as the Toffees were on the front foot.

Centimeters: Fabio Carvalho – 6/10

The midfielder did an excellent job of distributing possession in the attacking third before being injured in the first half and replaced by Roberto Firmino at halftime.

AD: Mohamed Salah – 6/10

Salah was always ready to run behind the opposition backline but was ineffective in front of Everton’s goal.

ST: Darwin Nunes – 7/10

The Uruguay striker created good chances in the first half and controlled the ball well in the second half with a volley, but was denied a goal as his shot went wide. He was then replaced by Diogo Jota in the 80th minute.

LW: Luis Diaz – 7/10

Diaz caused all sorts of problems for Paterson, but he didn’t score today, despite his ruthlessness in the last three.


ST: Roberto Firmino – 7/10

Firmino created good chances in the penalty area but failed to find the back of the net despite a tough attack in the second half.

AR: James Milner – 6/10

When the Reds attacked in the 59th minute, Milner could only allow the ball to move the ball.

GM: Andrew Robertson – 6/10

Robertson relentlessly made dangerous runs down the left flank in the dying minutes of the game. He made some promising passes in the box and the striker failed to convert in front of goal.

ST: Diogo Jota – 6/10

Jota can only give the ball to Salah, who came on late.

DC: Joel Matip – 6/10

Matip was tasked with defending the back line and was terrific in the final minutes of the game, making a few decent tackles.
