Former Tommy Hilfiger CEO Edwin Lewis’ rural but upscale duck hunting lodge and riding stable in rural Maryland has been auctioned off. Lewis’ 1,000-acre Stream Mill Farm on the Nanticoke River in Vienna, Md., will seek bidders Oct. 12-11. I organize an online auction and live on site. The starting price for the entire Stream Mill farm is $5 million. The entire property has the main lot and three separate farms totaling 460 acres and is adjacent to its own driveway. There are also swamps and farmland as part of the ensemble.

Lewis’ 1,000-acre Stream Mill farm on the Southticoke River in Vienna, Maryland will be on hand for online, live auctions beginning Oct. 12 at 11 a.m.

The opening bid for the entire Stream Mill Farm was $5 million.
