Students head to class at Winters Elementary following delay – Brospar Daily News

PAWTUCKET, RI (WLNE) — Students in Henry J. Winters Elementary School Pawtucket will return to class on Tuesday.

Pawtucket Director Dr. Cheryl McWilliams announced Saturday The department received an occupancy certificate and started classes after a six-day delay.

“We are very excited for the first day of the Winters community on Tuesday. We are ready to move forward together and have a great school year at this new, state-of-the-art elementary school,” McWilliams said in a statement.

What do I do, that’s the challenge,” the mayor said.
